Our team consists of senior Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) and Support Workers who have extensive experience working with people who have psychosocial (mental health), behavioural and neurological disabilities.

We are a licensed and registered NDIS Provider, able to offer Intervention, Assessments (inc. Functional Capacity Assessments), Home & Living Assessments and Reports to registered NDIS participants.
Before making a referral, please note that we ONLY take referrals for people within our catchment area, aged 15 years or older, and who have their primary NDIS-funded diagnosis as either a mental illness (often termed “Psychosocial Disability”), Intellectual Disability (inc. ABI) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any assessment or intervention towards primarily physical health conditions.

Please note: We specialise (exclusively) in psychosocial (mental health) and cognitive (thinking and processing) disabilities because this is what our experience is around; we also have a particular interest in complex behaviour and emotional dysregulation. No Occupational Therapist can truly specialise in ALL presentations (physical, cognitive, paeds and mental health), so please be cautious if anyone is claiming to.
1. Referral
Please download a referral form, complete it in full, and submit it to our team. Before submitting, please make sure we are the right provider to meet your needs and that we service your area.
2. Assessment
The assessment consists of a 2.5-hour session (which can be split if needed), followed by the preparation of a comprehensive report, including recommendations.
3. Intervention
If plan hours permit, our team of Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants can deliver 1:1 strategies to improve life skills, independence and engagement.

We have a small, select team of hand-picked Allied Health Assistants and Support Workers to develop the capacity of our participants in practical ways. Our AHAs & Support Workers are compassionate, personable and motivated to deliver strategies that work.
